4 The Benefits of Mangosteen Skin

Since childhood, I loved to consume mangosteen fruit. Mangosteen contain white flesh which give very special taste. It also contain several seeds which should be avoided to eatAlthough it has sweet taste on it flesh, but the taste of mangosteen skin actually very sour. TMany connoisseurs of mangosteen will throw away its skin because that bad tastemangosteen skin contains a lot of sap which make our mouths become less comfortable when we consume it.

Though, we need to realize that the mangosteen rind turns out, is a herbs that are beneficial to human health. This is mostly unconscious. Mangosteen peel can be used to treat diseases such as cancer.

Mangosteen fruit has the Latin name Garnicia mangostana. Included in the family guttiferae. There are a few people from my country (Indonesia) which has begun to recognize and utilize the benefits of mangosteen rind. There are among those who complained his heart beating and his wrists and often painful. He thought it would suffer from heart disease or arthritis. Then they started taking mangosteen skin are packaged in capsules, finally no longer feel the heart palpitations and fatigue. That was incredible

Mangosteen peel is also believed to relieve kidney disease and ambeyen. Actually been much research carried out in several countries, such as Japan, Philippines, China, Venezuela, and Indonesia. It turns out that mangosteen peel contains anti-oxidants that are very high which is also called Xanthones. Xanthones are active antioxidant compounds in the natural number around 200 species. Among the total, which is about 40-50 species found in mangosteen rind

Xanthones compounds composed of alpha mangostin, beta-mangostin, gamma-mangostin, and garcinone E, etc.. These compounds, capable of inhibiting proliferase (multiplication) of cancer cells in the presence of alpha mangostin and garcinone E that trigger the process of apoptosis (cancer cell suicide). Then, gamma mangostin as an anti-inflammatory (anti-inflammatory) in the case of Alzheimer's

In addition, From the research results, mangosteen rind contains 17,000 to 20,000 ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) per 100 ounces (approximately 2,835 grams of mangosteen peel). The larger amount of carrot and orange ORAC levels was only 300 and 2,400. ORAC, which is the ability of antioxidants to neutralize free radicals. Antioxidant itself, is a substance that the body needs to neutralize free radicals that come from air pollution, tobacco smoke, excessive evaporation of alcohol, preservatives fertilizers, ultraviolet light, x-rays, ozone, etc

For the body, antioxidants work to prevent the aging process and degenerative diseases, such as cardiovascular cancer, blood vessel blockages include hiperlipidemik, atherosclerosis, stroke, and high blood pressure. He also serves to overcome the body's immune system disruption caused by oxidative stress

For the making, mangosteen rind can be made a variety of forms. Can be made as juice, decoction, or powder; either encapsulated botanicals and extracts. Can also be made as tea. To dose, note how severe the disease. But it is recommended to start from the low dosage used.
