These recent days, I really love to eat grapes. It taste very sweet and refreshing. The fruit is a small round, there are several kind of color, some of it has green color, blue-black and red. There are several ways to consume them, this fruit can be eaten directly, or can also be mixed in drinks such as grapes juice. The grape is fruit plants shrubs, creeping on the ground. This fruit belongs to family Vitaceae.

If we read a lot of references, inside of the grapes, actually there are a lot of polyphenols and resveratrol compounds that play an important role in the metabolism of the body. Not only that, the anti-oxidant compounds present in grapes can counteract free radicals. Of these elements, make grape has some benefits for our health.
